Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday).
- Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday).
- You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM to be processed within the stated timeframe.
Delivery Information
- We offer free delivery on all orders within the United States.
Delays
- Your order should arrive within 2-6 working days (Monday - Friday).
- If it hasn't arrived within this period, please allow an extra 3 working days before reaching out.

Cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order, please email us at help@shee.co as soon as possible.
- Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has already been prepared for dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Please email photos of the issue to help@shee.co, and we will promptly resolve it by sending you the correct item.
